Pulling together jazz, ambient, dark ambient and a tiny bit of power metal (listen to the last track before you call me liar!), Wavesong is in many respects a stationary journey - it never leaves the sea, but still moves through a variety of spaces and moods, as the sea does.
You may be interested to know that there is no sampling whatsoever: all the wave and bird sounds are produced by a single Korg Volca Keys synthesiser and a Zoom MS-70CDR effects unit.

Wavesong is about a lot of things, but one them is the sea being a place of healing, and for that reason it's dedicated to my sister, Rosie, my friends Sinéad, Lucas, Joe, Georgia and Sarmad, and everyone else who's been there for me when times have been hard.
